And yeah, bad decisions suck but I think the key is LEARNING from them and moving on. I was having a slight problem with the moving on…..but it’s all good now.

I am holding a “flip” to this day that is a REAL pain in the ass (excuse my language). I keep telling myself it is a learning experience and we’ll get rid of the house eventually (sooner rather than later, I hope!). I know exactly where you are coming from regarding beating yourself up for a bad decision and it sucks. You’re moving on and starting fresh, awesome!

Don’t beat yourself up over that deal. You are human, and you made a mistake. Nothing you can do about it except learn from it and adjust your strategy accordingly.
