Stephanie that’s actually a pretty good idea. I’ll keep that in mind in the future. Have you used that technique yet? I was going to ask Brandon’s girlfriend (she’s 16 or 17) because I’m sure she has nice handwriting but we figured that our neighbor needed the money more.

Dwan Bent-Twyford also recommends going to local high schools and asking them if they have any students who need internships. For that matter, you could ask high school & college students if they want an internship to do the work for you.

Your question should actually be, “What don’t I outsource” and the answer to that would be, “I don’t know, I literally outsource everything in my business” that’s no joke.

This year, I’m challenging myself to do videos, I intended on outsourcing those at first but then decided that if I was going to build a following and lead that following to be as successful as I am, I must show them from step one. Step one, is doing it yourself.

By the end of the year, I will promise you that my sites content will be outsourced and handled by guest authors and the videos will be done by others. Just as in my business, it is more cost effective to delegate it to someone else. My free time has no price tag on it.

Thanks Shae! I thought my idea was pretty good, unfortunately no one at the retirement communities did! Nor did that many retired folks from my craigslist post.

We ended up asking our neighbor if she wanted to do it and she excitedly said yes! So that will save us gas in delivering the letters, etc. (She’s right next door!)

Thanks so much for visiting Nick. Ya know I’ve thought about outsourcing plenty of times, especially for bandit signs. Even posted a few ads and got responses, but never did pull the trigger. Finally, I’m going to.

Can you give some ideas on what else you outsource in your real estate business?

I love any post that speaks about outsourcing. I haven’t actually done any real work in so long that outsourcing has become a way of life.

That is an awesome idea! Love your thinking. I’m putting this in my aresenal. I’ve been doing postcards but when I buy my leads of inherited properties I’m thinking of doing some split testing and trying yellow letters vs. postcards that I currently use for my monthly absentee owner campaign.
