This is a new video series that I’m starting to help folks learn more about the ATM Business. It will be great information for those looking to get into the ATM business but it will also be useful info for all of your ATM users out there ๐
Please feel free to post any suggestions for videos that you may want for future episodes below! Thanks and have a great day!

Nice video Carey, good info here! I had no idea how the ATM surcharge fees were determined, thanks for sharing! p.s. Cool Christmas lights! ๐
Actually I should thank you Rachel. I got the ATM Video Vocab idea from your Terminology Tuesdays ๐
So when is your book coming out? I’m excited for you!
Sure thing Carey, I think it’s a great idea! ๐
Oh, the book? I’m planning (crossing my fingers) to get it out sometime next year, hopefully in the first part of the year. It’s pretty much all done. Right now, I’m just going through the logistics of putting it together. It will be going into the production phase soon. Thanks so much for your support! ๐
Cool video, Carey…and lights!! I didn’t realize you could set any price you wanted for the fee.
At the big casinos in CT, I think the ATM feels are $5 and up. I always thought that was crazy, but I think if you are there to gamble, you’ll pay it. ๐

Thanks Steph! And yep, you can set any fee you want, within the legal limits. In our state, the max surcharge fee is $9.99.
You talking about Fox Woods? I love it there! Can’t wait to get back there….I traveled there twice to play in No Limit Hold ‘Em tournaments. I haven’t had much look at Fox Woods tho so I’m looking to redeem myself lol I never been to Mohegan Sun yet tho.
And yes, that’s the benefit I having your ATM in a niche location like a casino or a gentlemen’s club because you can get away with charging a higher surcharge…because people are there in the moment and need cash NOW so they will generally pay the higher surcharge fee.
